SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders by Canada Post within 5 days of receiving your order.  All orders will receive automatic package tracking. We regretfully cannot be not responsible for missing packages when your address information has been incorrectly provided or for packages damaged in transport (including those affected by temperature).

Local to us?  Choose Porch Pickup on check out for free shipping and we will contact you to arrange a pick up time. 

Currently, we only ship in Canada.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns through our online store.

As all of our products are made in small batches there may be slight variations between batches, although we try our best to avoid this. However, should there be any issue with your order please reach out to us. We want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it!

Incorrect order received?  While rare, we are human! Please contact us immediately upon receipt by sending us a picture of your order to allow us to rectify the error. 

Additions or corrections to your order? Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to make any changes if your order has not yet been processed.
