Herbal Steam-TSN

The gentle heat of the Two Sisters Naturals Herbal Steam releases clogged debris & oxidized oil from your pores while cleansing the skin. Herbal Steams are excellent for releasing tension headaches and a natural decongestant. 

Ingredients:

Fragaria vesca (strawberry), calendula officinalis (calendula), mentha piperita (peppermint), rosa gallica (rose), jasmine sambac.

Directions:

Cleanse your skin before steaming. Put 1 tbsp of steam ingredient in a large heat proof bowl and cover with 4 cups of water. Wrap a towel over your head, draping over the rim of the bowl. Keeping your head 12" from the bowl. Close your eyes and breathe in the steam for 5-10minutes.
