1. Pre-Shampoo Ritual: Part hair, apply a few drops directly to the scalp (about 1–2 mL total).

2. Massage: Using fingertips, massage in small circles for 3–5 minutes to evenly distribute and activate the cooling sensation. Wash hands after application.

3. Wait: Leave on 15–30 minutes (or overnight if desired).

4. Cleanse: Shampoo thoroughly, then condition as usual.

5. Frequency: Use 1-3× weekly or as needed.
