Hot Raw Honey

Honey is local, raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, never heated premium quality honey from hives located in Oro-Medonte, Ont.  

Hot Honey is having a moment!! First you get the sweet, then you get the heat! (mild heat)

We have come up with our own "cold" chili pepper infused raw honey. Unheated, honey maintains all the natural enzymes and nutrients that raw honey is known for.

This spicy honey is great on pizza, charcuterie, salad, wings, roasted chicken, pork, ice cream etc. The list is endless!

All natural honey will crystallize eventually. To restore honey to its liquid state, place jar of honey in a pan of warm water to the level of the honey letting it warm up slowly. Please never microwave raw honey, it destroys the amazing nutrients and enzymes.
