1. Apply a thin layer onto the chest, neck, and/or upper back.

2. Massage onto chest, neck, and/or upper back; cup hands and take a few slow breaths. Wash hands after application.

3. Use as needed, especially before rest or when you want a refreshing, cool sensation.
